Welcome to Vita Glow (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website www.vitaglow.in  and all purchases made through it. By accessing or shopping on our site, you agree to comply with these terms.

  1. Account Registration
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login details.
  • BeautyFarm reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for fraudulent activity
  1. Ordering & Payments
  • All prices are in INR (Indian Rupees) and inclusive of GST (if applicable).
  • Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking,COD.
  • Orders are confirmed only after payment verification.
  1. Shipping & Delivery
  • We ship across India via trusted courier partners (Delhivery, FedEx, etc.).
  • Delivery times: 3-7 business days (subject to location & logistics).
  • Tracking details will be shared via SMS/email.
  1. Returns & Refunds

Eligibility:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Process:

  1. Contact us at care@vitaglow.in  or call 7347337322 for a return authorization.
  2. Ship the product back (customer bears return shipping costs).
  3. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after inspection.

Note:
❌ Non-returnable items: Intimate products, opened cosmetics.

  1. Cancellation Policy
  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
  • For cancellations, email us at care@vitaglow.in with your order number.
  1. Product Usage & Disclaimer
  • BeautyFarm products are for external use only (unless specified).
  • Patch test recommended before full application.
  • We are not liable for allergic reactions due to misuse.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • All website content (logos, images, text) is owned by Vita Glow.
  • Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • Vita Glow is not liable for:
    • Delays due to third-party couriers.
    • Minor color variations in product images.
    • Damages from incorrect product usage.
